Cursor goes under Window Titlebar

After the system has been running for awhile (like a day or so), the window frame and the window contents seem to become disconnected in the Z-axis. As such, when moving the cursor around, it will of course be on top of the window contents, but then will pas UNDER the window titlebar, or side or bottom frame. In addition the close button (etc) glow effects also occur UNDER the window titlebar. Restarting WB5 does nothing to correct the problem, thoug a system reboot works fine.

I am running, XPMCE2004 (PROSP2)
